The furniture is suspended over a crayon map drawn on the floor. The map indicates all of the largest earthquakes for every day in 1992. Every day an earthquake of 5.0 or more occurs. A small dot is 5.0 - 5.9 on the Richter Scale, a medium dot is 6.0 - 6.9 on the Richter Scale, and a large dot is 7.0 - 7.9 on the Richter Scale. Each dot is accompanied by the date in 1992 of that particular earthquake.
